How often should I communicate with my guests before my event?

It’s important to communicate with your guests clearly and regularly because of the high volume of attendees and events.
Please plan to send several reminders to guests that have signed up for your event.
Weekly in the few weeks leading up to the event
Daily from 2-3 days out from the event
Leading up to the event, make sure you let folks know that spots are limited, and folks should update their RSVP status if they cannot attend so you can get a clear sense of headcount. You want to avoid a situation where you think a bunch of people are coming, but a lot of them don’t show up.
